2. How secure is my card information when I make a payment?

Your card information is encrypted and transmitted securely through industry-standard SSL protection and processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Further the said information will not be utilized or shared by JTC.pro with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. JTC.pro shall not be liable for any card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on Customer/User and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively of Customer/User.

3- Can I use any card for payment?

Delivery

1- Where does JTC.pro deliver products in Egypt?

Products listed on the JTC.pro Egypt Store are available to purchase across Egypt .

2- What are the delivery days?

Deliveries are made on all weekdays unless Fridays, with an exception to national or public holidays.

3- How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days from the date of purchase. However, deliveries to remote areas may take longer depending on the billing address

4- Who handles the delivery?

Deliveries are managed by a third-party logistics partner (3PL). JTC.pro does not handle deliveries directly.

5- What if my delivery is delayed?

While we strive for timely deliveries, JTC.pro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics. By purchasing, you agree to waive any claims related to delivery delays

Return- Replacement

1- Can I cancel or request a refund for my order?

Yes. JTC.pro reserves the right to inspect and test the returned item. And impose a customer fee up to 25% and 100% transportation charges If the product’s condition was misrepresented by the customer

Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse, are missing parts, or are unsaleable due to tampering will not be accepted for replacement.

5-How should I return the product for a hassle-free replacement?

Ensure the complete product along with the original packaging materials is returned. Once received at our central warehouse, our audit team will inspect it for the reported issues before approving the replacement.

Warranty

1- What does the JTC.pro warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, as specified on the official JTC.pro website. Physical damage is not covered under any circumstances.

2. How long is the warranty period?

The standard warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. During this time, pickup, drop-off, and service charges are fully covered by JTC.pro.

3-What happens after the warranty period ends?

After the warranty period, JTC.pro will continue to offer service support. However, customers will be responsible for all applicable service, parts and transportation charges.

4-Is JTC.pro liable for indirect or third-party damages?

No. JTC.pro is not liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any claims made by third parties

5-What is the maximum indemmity JTC.pro accepts under warranty?

The total liability of JTC.pro will not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the product.

1-Can my order be cancelled by JTC.pro?

Yes. JTC.pro reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at its sole discretion.the customer agrees not to dispute any cancellation decision made by JTC.pro.
